About a session
Sessions normally last one hour, 90 minutes or 2 hours. I work from my private consulting room in Hampton in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, either in person or by Zoom with clients around the world.
I work daytimes, evenings, and weekends . My earliest session is at 8am, and my last at 8.30pm.
I can see you once a week, or you may prefer to book sessions on an ad-hoc basis. You can pay after the session.
Your first free session is not just information-gathering - we discuss the issues.
About relationship counselling
Relationship counselling works! Over 80% of respondents to a Relate survey said counselling had significantly improved their relationship.
Relationship counselling is for both couples and individuals, whether currently in relationships or not. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and sexualities.
Relationship Counselling is a specialist form of therapy, so it is best to work with someone who has training in this specific area. I am always happy to discuss the approaches I use, and suggest reading you might find helpful.
